Join Swansea Bay Business Club for our April Lunch at Blanco’s Hotel, Bar and Restaurant in Port Talbot with guest speaker, Simon Brennan, Head of Property & Regeneration at Neath Port Talbot Council, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.

On Thursday 10^th April 2025, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at Blanco’s Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Attendees at the April Lunch will enjoy a delicious two-course meal, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business Club members and guests from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Simon has over 30 years’ experience of working within Property, Regeneration and Economic Development in the public sector with particular expertise in asset management and its impact on the delivery of public services.

Simon has been recognised nationally for work within property and asset management and has provided strategic direction on the delivery of major regeneration programmes, schools improvement programmes and economic development activity, including the development of the Celtic Freeport, within the County Borough.

From 15:45 – 16:30, informal networking will be taking place following our lunch event at Swansea.com Stadium to give our members and guests extra time to network with fellow attendees. We encourage all those interested in networking and making connections to join us for this session.

This event will be open to members only initially and will open to non-members should capacity not be reached nearer to the event date.
