On Friday 7th February 2025, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at the Swansea.com Stadium for a delicious two-course meal, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business Club members and guests from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Guest speaker, Martin Roberts, is one of the UK’s most respected property, travel and lifestyle TV presenters and journalists.

Over the past 35 years he has appeared on BBC TV and Radio, ITV, CNN and SKY TV. He was a regular presenter on ITV’s top rated travel show ‘Wish You Were Here..?’ for 8 years and the travel editor of ‘Woman’ magazine for 15 years.

For 21 years he has written and presented the hit BBC property auction show ‘Homes under the Hammer’, which is shown on BBC1, BBC Worldwide and Various Digital Channels and is now in its 28th series.

An ‘I’m a Celebrity…’ jungle campmate in 2016, he’s also stripped off for cancer on The Real Full Monty. His current passion project is a community renovation of The Hendrewen Hotel in Blaencwm in the Rhondda valley, which will form part of a new TV fly on the Wall documentary “Ooops! I Bought a Pub”.

This event will be open to members only initially and will open to non-members should capacity not be reached nearer to the event date. The date the event will open to non-members will be at the discretion of the Board for each event.
